I am looking to combine my plex and nas4free servers on one box. Setting up nas4free is my only experience with BSD so far. I would like to learn more which is why I'd like to get Plex running in a jail on my nas4free box. Working 2 jobs limits my time for studying and learning. In one article I am reading about seting up Plex Media Server on nas4free it recommends installing The Brig to make creating and managing jails easier. The FreeBSD.org docs explains managing jails using ezjail. Do you recommend using a jail manager? Is The Brig or ezjail managers you would recommend? Should I even bother with a manager if I want to learn more about using BSD considering I don't have a lot of time to dedicate to learning right now. Thanks a lot. I love the show and look forward to many more episodes. --- Sometime Later --- Its Daryl again. I wrote an email earlier about jail managers for containing my Plex Media Server (PMS) on my nas4free machine. Instead of jails could I virtualize my existing nas4free install and also virtualize PMS using bhyve. I'm looking for something that doesn't require a lot of knowledge but will teach me more about BSD. Thanks again.
